Strange log. Why do you suppose 'hearing R Kuwait'? Kuwait is usually on 17885 at 1005-1500 towards South / East Asia. Noted at 1250 UT when checked today. RFI Paris is on 17850 at 0700-1500, and 1600-1800 in French and Pashto. Noted at 1255 UT when checked today. ciao wb df5sx -
