March 28, threshold-very weak signal but able to hear their National
Anthem at 2258-2300*. Some occasional QRM from 2-way radio

Bolivia, 6134.77, Radio Santa Cruz, 2330-2345, Even though the
preceding time says 2330 UTC, I've been sitting on 6134.77 KHz
for almost 15 minutes prior. The signal however, just started to fade
in at a threshold level and by 2333 what already at a poor level.
Noted a lot of loud and excitable
