singing followed at 0608 by music. OM talks in AA over stringed instrument,
similar to a guitar. Then switched to piano recording with more AA talk. ID
in AA at 0630. Poor to fair signal until CODAR showed up for
Russia, 7320, Radio Rossii, 0900-0930, Just caught canned ID by a female
at tune in as Radio Rossii (sounded like RAH SEE). Consequently, this
sound of the name often throws me. The ID was followed with news in
the Russian language. Commentary and news continue during the time.

BBC World Service in English, BBC World Service's 24-hour rolling news in

Firedrake, 1514-1535, April 16. Scanned every 5 kHz. from 7000 to 19000, but
did not find any
For the first time a could listen on 10.000 kHz to Observatorio
Nacional, Brazil. Then I just made some DX also with vintage receivers
as Grundig Satellit 208 del 1968 and Realistic DX-150A.

Nice Papua New Guinea this morning, April 20, with the following noted
all peaking variously between 1115-1145 UTC. Most stations carrying the
Talkback show, with calls from many parts of Papua New Guinea. Most of
the stations carrying the Talkback program played the National Anthem at
1158
Can someone please advise on the exact frequency that Radio Bayrak is
currently on? At 0205 UTC I have weak carriers on 6149.965, 6150.009 and
6159.037 kHz and am curious which of these, if any, could possibly be
Radio Bayrak. The strongest is 6149.965 kHz at only 5.3 dB above the
noise floor.
