Has anyone noticed a Russian on 1710 kHz? I started hearing one around
0700 UTC, May 21, here in the NW Oregon (US). A Domestic? Strongest off
NE EWE antenna. Fairly decent at peaks, lots of fading though. Female in
Russian and older Russian Pop music.
