Bolivia, 6134.79, Radio Santa Cruz, 2304-2320 Noted
RSC on a clear freq for a change, with
probably news in Spanish language by a male. At 2307,
live comments continue by two males.
At about 2310, a female comments briefly with the

in Indonesian language comments. Probably giving the
news, although the signal was too
thresy to hear much. As I prepared to tune away, the
signal improved just a little. The female
continues her comments. (C
The BBC World Service has reinstated its FM programming on Sri Lankan national
broadcaster SLBC after suspending the service in February 2009.
The programming was removed following "deliberate interference" with the
broadcasts, though BBC content remained available via shortwave radio channels
