11835 is one of the frequencies from the 70ies that I still remember. In
late evenings, 4VEH or R. El Espectador from Uruguay were audible here
in Central Europe. The Commercial Service of Radio Ceylon was on 11800
then; they verified via an address in Bombay, India.
