Yes, R Kuwait seems on 15515 kHz superpower HQ muslim program an hour ago at 15 UT. UNID 15438 kHz bcast. But now at 1600-1630 UT an UNIDENTIFIED Chinese bcast programm on odd 15438.0 kHz channel, next to Riyadh Arabic on 15435.0 kHz. Is that a SoH relay via Yangi Yul Tajikistan ? 73 wb -
