The mystery chinese language carrier popped up on 15140khz today like clock
work just before 1402UTC and was gone by 1403UTC but was kind of weak.
Oman signed on at 1407UTC with english news fomr 90.4 Oman but switched in
mid sentence to Arabic about a minute after sign on.
So I guess english tod

At 1709 and 1712 today broadcast appears to be Arabic but sounds like a
1kHz test tone imposed on the transmission intermittently.

AIR signs on in Russian to Western Europe at 1615utc for an hour on 15140,
but the carrier comes up about 1608UTC with a test tone of some kind.
I've filed a complaint of interference with AIR, Prasar Bharati, The
Telecom Regulatory authority Of India and the Publice Grievance Department
in India.
Oh, and they never switched to english at all today

Correcting my times that would be about right as I forgot to convert
from BST to UTC.
