Fixing a couple of minor 1-or-2 letter typos: ** CUBA. 13700 // 13780, April 12 at 1343, last half of RHC `En Contacto`, acknowledging reception report for 11840! That frequency was replaced last year by 11850, demoting 11840 to only that minus 10 kHz JBA spur, so was it what they really heard?
