[HCDX] 31 meters bandscan

Yesterday at 1230UTC, I received in unidentified station, playing Arab pop music on 9550 kHz. The station signed off at approximately 1236UTC after a single 1kHz test tone. Any ideas? More logs from yesterday may be found at my blog:
