Radio Thailand/Voice of Thailand heard here -0029 UT on 13750 kHz
starting this week for B-22, ex 15590 kHz. On Nov 2 (UT), received at a
very listenable level with news, weather and business news.

I heard them same time and freq on Oct 27, 28 and 29, but not since. Not
sure if this is relapse of transmitter problem or if they've made a
sked/freq change for B-22. Maybe someone else knows?

Monitored on Vadodra, India remote SDR.
Also received here direct, but at a poor level.
Signal abruptly disappeared at 0046, but came back after about 30 seconds.

Today, Saturday, August 27, monitored on Kuwait remote SDR, on 11750 kHz
from 1652 tune-in. Not sure about the language, talking, music, ads(?).
ID at 1701 and 1718, "www.slbc.lk". I see this scheduled for Fridays,
now on Saturday?

I didn't monitor the entire broadcast, but caught a "City FM" ID at
1817, and off the air at 1829.

English, woman reading news, fair-poor signal. At around 2342 a second
signal joined in, a Chinese (again, presumed) speaker on same frequency,

Heard here this morning on 15740 beginning at 1400 UT. Good signal.
Latest HFCC data now lists this as 1400-1500 Mon-Fri, tho BBC website
still says 1300-1500.
