I have Progreso here in NY, but the 60m Cubans do appear to be missing.
The 49m frequencies for RHC are operating fine.

5025 w/a very weak and distorted signal . The static levels are very high
so it is difficult to even ID the language of the station. I believe that

style of program doesn't fit with what I have heard from Rebelde in the
past. Signal disappeared at 0206 after brief announcement by om and a
minute of silence, I am still hearing Havana on several 49 meter band
frequencies tonight.
