Poor OVERMODULATED S=8 signal at 0945 UT here in southern Germany.
Compare CRI Kashgar western China 15335 kHz S=9+40dB.
11845 kHz nil signal 0948 UT.

No surprise 15230 kHz unheard here at my QTH 0900 UTC to 0948 UTC. That's
if I converted the CET to UTC correctly. 1100 CET = 0900 UTC. 15230 kHz is
too high for this time of day, at least here. Better chance coming up at
1000 UT 9330 kHz.
