I did a test using various SDRs across W and E Europe , the signal is very poor 
even in the very clear SDR in IZ6BYY in Italy 
There is also a Dutch station on 5824 on 2146 with up to S6  -115 the min At 
around 2153 there was some USB operation on 5840 
 I found some ID on 2155 and enclose here the audio link Better to use
