offset is 41 Hertz minus:
7324.959 kHz, measured around 0745-0800 UT Jan 27. Noted endless sweet
South Sea music. Used the remote SDR unit in downunder Australia.
At 0702-0703 UT announcement by female, followed by woman chorus in
Vernacular til 0706 UT.
