** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98 RC USB, March 16 at 2211, LRA36 is on, VG
S9+10 into Argentine SDR, YL with historical info mixing bits of harp?
music. By 2340 hitting S9+40 with lots of noise, self-imposed? Or by
the SDR, otherwise only S7. Expected to stop by 2400 (Glenn Hauser,
