Less exclamation point and more inventive can be useful: use a translation
tool if you want, a polemic screaming doesn't

This morning Feb 2 0655 UTC I heard a station with Quran recitation on 9714,90
kHz USB. This could be Information Radio -Commando Solo from Kuwait reported by
Arnaldo Slaen. Signal strength S3-4 and overall reception poor.

On 30 Mar I was listening to Information Radio (Iraq)
on 4500 just prior to their closedown at 2000. While
4500 had a spoken info, 9715 had Arabic music. But the
last closing announcement by male just at 2000 sounded
identical on both frequencies to my ears. So, are there two
separate audio streams
On 3 Apr around 1800 no signal from Information
Radio on 4500. The usual ones 4025.3v and 4085 from that
area are present, so not a propagation thing. Scanned
thru the 4 MHz band but not found. Temporarily off or
a frequency change?

Hi Jouko.
I was on this frequency Feb 2 at 0820.
It sounds at that time the station here is
Saudi Arabia with Holy Quran program.
It is listed on 9715 0300-0900.
I guess the mode is AM, a bit low of the nominal.

As of today, beware of Radio Tashkent now on Information Radio's 9715 kHz,
with Arabic at 1700-1730 & 1900-1930. From looking at Tashkent's previous
summer schedules, I would expect them to be 9715 kHz 1200-1930 UTC.
