Dear New Zealand Radio Guide user

This note is to let you know that, as part of our efforts to keep
this service meaningful for all users, you need to be aware:

* recent changes include the rebranding of Classic Hits network as
The Hits and all their frequencies and locations around the country
have been updated
* New full power Brian FM is now broadcasting from Wanganui and
Blenheim
* New full power Caveman FM is on the air from Gore
* World FM has expanded across the top of the South Island adding
coverage to Motueka/Golden Bay, Nelson and Blenheim
* Jacked FM is the new full time radio school station broadcasting to
Christchurch
* The Wireless has joined full time sister station Heads FM in
Northland
* many new low power FM stations, especially in local schools have
been added nationwide
* In most cases, you can access internet streaming of these stations
worldwide simply by clicking on the link to the station website or
audio streaming service embedded in the NZ Radio Guide

* As part of our larger radio heritage project, you can also enjoy
hundreds of stories about radio broadcasting from around NZ,
the Pacific and the world, look at radio in NZ some 80 years
ago, see the NZ stations broadcasting in 1978, and much more

This service continues to be free of charge for the community as part
of our global radio heritage project. This is a crowd funded project
with no government or radio industry grants, and if you'd like to
support it for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a week, you'll
be very welcome.

Simply make your donation at www.radioheritage.net and we'll send you
an acknowledgement and add you to our supporter Roll of Honor.

In the meantime, enjoy the NZ Radio Guide, tell your friends
and workmates about us, and look out for regular updates as we add to
the 1,100+ stations already listed

Enjoy the rest of your week
Cheers from the NZ Radio Guide volunteer team
