copy isn't entirely pure so to speak. So I'd say
Turkey as at a poor level and covered
up when RFI's signal peaks slightly.

Seemed like a news program with all individuals
speaking French. On the 1300 hour, noted a partial ID
coming from Washington DC ...

due to the Het that is coming from a station on 6020
KHz. Victoria was

language comments with TC's, but mainly music heard. On the hour,
canned ID ...Radio San Miguel followed by promos. Signal was
