I've been chasing this one for a few months now and I've most certainly had it before, I could hear the music.. but it wasn't identifiable. Finally, last night I got a good enough signal with good enough audio to consider it loggable/recordable/reportable... BARELY.
Reception started just after 2330UTC Monday August 28th and continued until about 0030 Tuesday August 29th.. but the best reception was between 2330UTC and about 0000UTC.
