I've been monitoring them as of late, for no real special reasons.. just
easy to keep track of and kind of fun to see if one notices any patterns.

Yes, Radio Sultanate of Oman on 15140 is in Arabic, instead of English from
1404UT
and continues in Arabic at 1414UT, videos will be added later today

It would appear Oman signed on about 3 minutes late today (1403UTC) with
just a dead carrier. Audio appeared 60 seconds later, but is Arabic
language singing and not the english language relay of 90.4 Oman FM as
schedule. The 15140khz feed does not match the 90.4 Oman FM webstream on
the Oman Radio
Based upon a recording I made form the UTwente SDR, it appears Oman came on
today at 1700UTC.. 3 hours late.

They must have a transmitter or antenna on the fritz... Arabic service
signed on with a strong carrier only, no audio at 1501UTC but the carrier
disappeared 20 seconds later.
Weird.

They must be having some kind of problems there, because 15140khz
disappeared form the UTwente SDR waterfall 6 minutes after it signed on

It would appear Radio Sultanate Of Oman is missing from it's 15140kHz
frequency and 1400UTC sign on today Tuesday July 25th.
This screen shot is from the UTwente SDR and even in poor conditions, you
can see the Oman carrier on the waterfall and detect some kind of audio..
there's nothing there tod
