E-mail verification received from Radio Beacon RL2F, Kaliningrad, Russia for a September 12th, 2023 reception on 14.097021 mhz WSPR Mode. Kaliningrad is a separate country on the ARRL List. First E-mail that has gotten through to and from Russia in quite a spell. I believe mail service to Russia is still suspended. RL2F was using 20 watts to a W3DZZ antenna.
