For this reason I did again test it also for preservations from a possible corrosion from the local moisture. Moisture has also destroyed parts of my DE1103 and more than 3 years unused ICF 7600 D (which is not working either by battery nor by mains adaptor) A con was that day that I used a commercial multi voltage mains power adaptor . All these adaptors tested so far , produce high levels of noise especially in the lower bands , more clear are in the LW and MW bands. IN order to use the diversity reception I connected HF150 with the16 m horizontal antenna leaving the R75 with its 2x16V antenna. Two sets of earbuds have been used, each one for each radio Before the logs , I have concluded in two interesting points:Lowe radio has better audio , even if narrow band is used. Lowe also has higher AGC level in case of poor signals . Using the ECSS technique on R75 , I found that there is a shift of +0.03 kHz from the exact freq Here are several diversity receptions: 7200 Omdurman 1830 with a totally blank carrier . Extremely low modulation . 7245 Mauritanie? 1835 with talks in FR /AR and seems as sports program and many times mentioning Suleiman Jalot 43444 . Underneath Turkic songs from Tajikistan . 7540 possibly Denge Mezopotamia . discussions between 2 men. 4793.5QSN //4010 Kirgiz radio 1953 Signal is S3/S10 but very undermoded This message has been deliberately truncated .
