Disregard, it's KVOP Plainview, TX which is listed by topazdesigns.com and
radio-locator.com list as silent. It appears to be running gobs and gobs of
dead air

dead air at 958pm mountain. 918 miles away from my QTH in Laramie, Wyoming.
No actual ID heard but this is the only station on 1090 I can find running
