I am the happy owner of a JRC.NRD-515, with a NDH-515
memory unit.
Recently I have a also a NCM-515 freq controller keyboard.
But alas enough I can't use the NCM-515 and NDH-515
at the same time, therefore I use a contraplug.
Can anyone help me with a contraplug for the NRD-515?
If yes contact me, thanks!

Interesting story just broke from Reuters about a former U.S. State Department
official and his wife arrested
for spying - and "received messages from Cuba via shortwave radio".

I have posted the story at my Shortwave Central Blog
at: http://mt-shortwave.blogspot.com/

can you say "number stations?"

Actually, my monitoring of EBay availabilities
over time has shown a strong market in receivers,
with the NRD-535/D leading the pack, along with
525s, and 545s as well.

Hi All !! Listening to 11785 khz this morning from
9:30 am until 10 am eastern standard time . I was hearing what sounded to me
like native american or south american indian music with the occasional frog in
the background. Very nice music. At 10 am was given a ID by World Harvest over
the music and then lost the signal. Was that World Harvest or did they just
block what I was listening too ??

Thanks

Very good signal via WHRI, Cypress Creek, SC. trouble was, before the German
program ended there was an ID from WHRI which blocked out the last minute or
two. I wrote DW about it. They answered quickly but without acknowledging the
problem.
