I think I may have found it in a parameters file 100.23 parameter definitions.
There are parameters like ORPF WORK COPY HEADER and ORPF CHART COPY HEADER
and the same for FOOTER, etc., and once I found them in this definition file,
there was a format for them and some entries, one of which ,
Why are two of the date/time functions in Fileman, and
the rest in Kernel? And why is Kernel missing
external-to-internal conversion?

finding records that do exist... I'd like to give up
on it and write my own...
