Another wonderful FORTH book (by Leo Brodie, author of Starting FORTH)
is "Thinking FORTH: A Language and Philosophy for Solving Problems".
Absolutely the best stuff I've ever read about refactoring! Very
"object-oriented" before it's time.

By the way, it isn't just CPRS that does the auto-login, if I do D ^ZU
in the terminal, I get auto-logged to a random doc also.
