I finally figured this out and thought I
would post it in case anyone else ever has this problem.
I was not following the rules for creating
Access/Verify codes.

This can happen with a bad cross reference
or one that contains mixed case entries.

I’ve noticed what I hope is a bug in CPRS. When first
logging in and getting to the Patient Selection screen, if you click the
“Providers” radio button and scroll through the list of providers
and go all the way to the bottom, you can keep clicking the down arrow on the
scroll bar and the
was working on an
automated/scripting system. So for my final system, I
just ran the script.

But you are not supposed to delete entries in file
200. You could get around that, but it might cause
unexpected crashes later on.

Oh...I see. I think there's an option to purge old access codes.

You don't show the value of
key variables at the point of error, or the code used to construct the FDA or
IENS. Therefore, it is difficult to make a constructive suggestion.

I am trying to populate the NEW PERSON file by reading a
text file I received from an existing application. I have written a
routine that will read the file and create the FDA array. However when it
gets to the UPDATE^DIE call, I get the following message:
