Good morning!

I'm wondering if anyone has had success using FOIA VistA Semi Viva 20060113a to send e-mail while running on GT.M/Linux.  Personally I have had success setting up the transmission script and playing it manually, but when I try to get TaskMan to initiate the sending process, it does not work.

After a good bit of investigation, I found that for TaskMan to get the e-mail to be transmitted, it starts a process named POLL^XMRTCP, which in turn gets to a line of code (DEL+1^XMRTCPGO) that reads as follows:

S %=$ZC(%SPAWN,"DELETE XMRTCP.COM.*")

Of course, this line of code will work just fine with DSM, but $ZC is not part of GT.M.  Before I make any changes to any routines that come along with FOIA VistA Semi Viva 20060113a, I want to make sure there's not already a "work around" out there.

Has anyone had any success sending e-mail with GT.M/Linux without making changes to the code?  If so, how was it done?

Thanks in advance!

Alan

P.S.  If anyone would be interested in the steps I took to get things this far, just let me know.
