I'm running OpenVistA Semiviva 0.4, and I'm trying to figure out a procedure to
replace the ICD9 file distributed by VA with a Spanish version of the ICD9.
I found that the Lexicon Utility lets me edit the diagnosis description but it does
not let me edit the diagnosis' name.
