Yes, this (minimal damage, all things considered) is consistent with
powering down a computer with a process actively accessing the database.
Did you save/dump a copy of the block? That may allow you to review
(for correctness) and re-enter the data with a series of Sets.

In your environment, I would guess that integrity errors are entirely
due to powering down the PC while GT.M processes were actively using the
database. You should shut down cleanly from a GT.M point of view before
powering down the PC - or run journaling.
