isn't the way it should

I don't know all the reasons for how punctuation in names is managed to help
standardize the name parts, but an effort was made to come closer
of MCPHELAN. That one space caused the first staff person to not
find my records.

Be that as it may, I think it should be.
I understand that users can be taught to only put in
partial searches and select correct one from a list
to a lookup.
