Well I read it and it is discussing part of billing I know little about,
except the part where you get inaccurate information and have to spend a lot
of time on the telephone with the insurance company. That is universal.
I am curious if any insurers are geared up to provide this specific
info

The thing sure is hard to read. On my browser it is one big run on paragraph
