Nancy, I ran into a very similar problem on my widescreen laptop. Go to: Start->Settings->Control Panel->Display->Settings->Advanced If you are having this problem, ensure that your DPI setting is set to "Normal Size(96 DPI)". And then reboot. --Marc -
