David, If you are running a Cache terminal in Windows, turn on logging by clicking on file -> logging and create a log file. If there are any problems, the error will be written to the log file before the terminal closes. If you can post the last few lines of the log file, it would help identify t

I am not using Cache, but it seems like I saw that same error when I was installing. I think the error message he is seeing is "Trouble, Call IRM right away." And I think it happens when there are not enough licenses to run the jobs. Seems like there was a discussion about how to get around this
