Thanks, Gary. It turns out our Time-Warner Digital DVR (Motorola) smoked itself (again) - getting a replacement DVR tomorrow. It took Evelyn so long to get through to a real person at Time-Warner that we both thought this was a system failure on their end. Really, really miss that a DVR. _jim -
