Tried this idea. From the route given, no option visible for either Copy
System files or Make System Disk. Suspect a Dell customized install of
WinME. LOL!
No problem anyway anymore! Was finally able to boot to dos with a tweaked
(de-featured!) systeim floppy for WinME and I did get

GPS
run Gmail/Google Maps mobile
