Crucial ballistix ddr2 2x1g
or Corsair XMS ddr 2x1g
both on sale with rebates ( $69/64 after rebate )
Have used both, like crucial but it calls for 2.2 volts. Not sure of that.
Corsair calls 2.1 volts. Using Corsair currently.
Would go on a Asus M2N-E ( or something similar )

m2n-e is exactly what I am looking at. do not want to spend a fortune.
Read some reviews that claim bios upgrade NEEDED out of the box.
Some on this list recommend Gigagyte and some of their stuff looks good.

Upgraded to do what? I always upgrade the BIOS on new boards when I
start, but this one doesn't NEED to be up
