OK. We agree on 'new install' and 'full install.'
And, I did plan to do this. But M$ never gave me the option to
fomat my c:\ partition AFTER it told me that it saw WinXP resident.
It just took off and loaded its' Win7 code right on top of the old XP code.
Well, I do now have a c:/windows-dot-old
Control Panel >>>Power Options
ATM, I only have one question?
Where is the timer that logs me off after some period of time???
I get why this is happening, but, I'd like to decide when to log off
manually.
