Use SSH is easy to use:
1. open command prompt

where root = user name, server.com = domain name of server
It will ask for a password for user root.

I think it is Host Protected Area (HPA) only.
Just download any program to check if HPA is present and remove it
with SET MAX ADDRESS command.
