Hmm .. I just looked and I like that P5K-E as well, it has passive heatsinks like my Intel board does. I noted the P35 Intel board offering does not even have heatsinks on the power transistors like my Badaxe does. The Asus P5K-E has them as well.. :) Looks really good. Thanx James B
