The BFGTech GeForce 8800 GTX and GTS however render that grass like it
wasn’t even there! It is that fast. We were blown away when
60fps to over 100fps,
otherwise monitor makers would never bother offering refresh rates over 60hz

I think that usually, anything over 60-80fps does not really matter.
I would think of it in terms of obsolescence, if it cost $20 more to get
20more fps, do it. But for $100, nah
