I'd be willing to do something like that if I can get some help with
promotion. That's the toughest part of self-publishing. Besides, did
you see the price of the kindle version?

Are you going to use Createspace? I've worked with an author who went
that route.

Thanks, Thane. I am currently working with Createspace on the paperback
edition (through Amazon). The tools are not user friendly. For
example, if you just feed it the doc file you used for Kindle (which
took it and created it's own format), it will choke and complain that
you fed it the wro

That's odd. I worked with an author who was using WordPerfect - I
converted to Word and massaged the file a bit for layout reasons and
then uploaded it with no problems.
