I've been thinking of getting one of these too, as I have zillions of old HDs lying around or I'm trying to wipe one and reload, etc. These would be a lot easier than openning up an external case to remove one HD to put in another. I think Cyberguys sells one similar to this one, though I have

Yup, I have one just like that, but different brand name on it. Works well and I use it for laptop drives almost every week. :) I even used it to burn to a DVD drive once using a WinPE CD to Ghost my newly built PC. Worked like a charm connected to a Lite-On DVD/CD/RW drive. >>> >> >>NewEg
