thanks for pointing me in that direction took awhile but I wound up doing a clean boot with windows installer service enabled to get around the permission thing then was able to install subinacl and do a reset. I still think the cpu is running too much like the iexploer bug just will not go

been messing with this laptop way too long. Most junk cleaned, get a pop up once in awhile that eset nabs so not clean, CPU is running normal speed not full throttle but now the dam thing tells me I have permission to do anything. No programs will run. not sure if w7 will run on this, meets all
