No go on the 201 digimax. I think I just need a generic win98 orig 'usb
mass storage device' driver. I have a feeling this one got borked
somehow - maybe by the HP POS AIO device that was added after the
camera. I have already tried removing and adding them in different order
and what not - aug

Yeah I have seen all this with my google searches. I didn't try the 201
drivers though... I might give them a shot.
2 days so far & no reply from Samsung.
