[classlib][build] AWT, Swing and Misc modules build problems

Since Harmony layout changed again, these modules are failed to build with the initial version build scripts. To be more concrete build scripts cannot find the jni.h file. They also place the resulting jars and libraries to the wrong place: deploy/jre instead of deploy/jdk/jre. To track this
