Dear Colleagues: I am pleased to announce the opening of a new
exhibition at Spertus, entitled Imaginary Coordinates, which features
(amongst other items) antique maps of the Holy Land, and rare books
from the collection of the Asher Library (see description below).

I have not yet finished the book but it seems clear to me (an
Orthodox rabbi, I should add) from the substantial portion that I
have read that it is not an impartial critique and the author engages
in some standard polemic tricks, the most basic being the creation of
a straw man to knock down.
