On the new JTS website, we have a parashah commentary page that
links to English translations (from JPS) of the parashah. Its address is
http://www.jtsa.edu/community/parashah/index.shtml. The commentary also
includes the date for that Shabbat. I don't know if this is exactly what
you're looking for, but I thought it might help.
