I am a new member from the Philadelphia area, and was surprised to find there is no chapter in my area. I am starting to catalog a small synagogue collection using Elazar, and I would love to find a mentor in my area who has experience using Elazar. What chapter do members from the Philadelphia area join? Is there any interest in a Delaware Valley chapter (SE Pa, S Jersey, DE)? Thanks for your help
